Roatan Clear Boat Tour and Sunset Bird Watch

Our 100% clear boat takes you on a unique boat that offers unobstructed views above the water and down below it, too. We will take you over the reefs inside French Cay Marine Park, near Bradys Cay and Little French Cay, for a visit to the Mayan Atlantis underwater ruins, where you will see a variety of fish. Our tour guide will help you spot fish, coral, stingrays, lobster, and other sea life. Next, we will take you on a tour around Bird Cay, where you will have a close look at the nesting ground of different island birds in the mangroves.

Tour Requirements:

Accessibility:  This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Guest must be able to step off and on vehicles and boat.  Must be a confident swimmer in open water.

Minimum age: For the boat ride, 4 years old.

Maximum weight: 260 pounds.

Pregnant women or guests with serious known neck, hip, or back injuries, heart (recent heart attack, congestive heart failure, pacemaker), respiratory disease, history of seizures may not participate in this excursion.

Children under the age of 8 are welcome to join us on the boat ride but are not allowed to take part of activities such as snorkeling or power scooter. Children must always be with a parent.

Once at our facilities, you will be greeted by our team, who will give you a warm briefing, next you will be assigned a locker by family where you can leave items that are not of value. Shoes, sandals, or any footwear must be left inside the lockers. The tour must be done barefoot or with socks to avoid damage to the transparent boat.

Bring along your camera, beach towels, biodegradable sunscreen, and swimwear. Pictures are allowed to be taken with your personal camera/phone. We are not responsible for damage to personal items by any means.

Marine life sightings cannot be guaranteed since it varies by season and weather conditions. Please help us conserve and protect the French Cay Marine Park by avoiding littering and touching marine life.

Please note that this excursion is weather-dependent. Bad weather, rough seas, and rain are subject to cancellations or shorter tour times.

Snorkeling activity may be cancelled or shortened depending on weather conditions on the day ofthe  tour.

Items must be placed inside any sort of bag or beach bag and tied to avoid items being displaced inside the locker.

*Pets are not allowed on this tour.

*Guest is required to wear a life jacket while on boat.

*Once on tour audible music is not allowed.

Instructions given by the tour guide and captain must be done accordingly to avoid accident.

Bathrooms are available at our facilities. Remember to use it before we depart on the tour. The tour will not return to the dock just to use the bathroom.

Once the snorkeling tour is over, everyone on board the clear boat must remain seated to avoid any incidents.
